I’m Rory Alexa, owner of RA Press and head-binder of Black Bird Binding. This small business began in Fall of 2020 and is continuing to grow in exciting ways every day! I found my love for book binding during my undergrad years. I spent hours upon hours binding books; playing with different stitching techniques and different ways to bind all the pieces together. I started this business not only because of my love for binding books, but to provide people with special, custom products; something made specifically for them, a personal token to carry with them and inspire them to fill the blank pages with whatever their soul desires. The books are made for you, it is up to you to decide what to do with them!
